Established in 2002, Tanzania Microfinance has been committed to providing financial services to Civil Servants, Corporates Unions, Corporate Employees and the General Public at large. To date, they have executed more than 13,000 loans to clients all over the United Republic of Tanzania with some being served remotely using our branchless strategy. 

TMF’s mission is to unlock the vast potential that lies in the majority of the Tanzanian population in order to improve their quality of life, and ensure a more stable future for themselves, their families and their community as a whole.  All this is done through providing microfinance packages with the most competitive rates available on the market. 

TMF engaged our services in re-establishing their HR strategy, paying particular attention to their HR regulatory processes and procedures. In doing this, TFS began by conducting an HR audit to identify areas where the organisation needed support. Once gaps were identified, we began developing relevant policies & procedures fit for their needs. The project took a total of 4 weeks to complete.
